TelAir strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
TelAir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform beyond the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
