Professional Equipment Installation
From single-site deployments to large, multi-building enterprise rollouts, TelAir's certified installation teams ensure every access point, switch, and cable is deployed with precision — on time, on budget, and with zero disruption to your operations or occupants.
White-Glove Deployment, Every Time
The quality of network hardware installation directly determines the long-term reliability and performance of your entire wireless infrastructure. A poorly installed access point — mounted at the wrong height, with a cable routed sub-optimally, or connected to an incorrectly configured switch port — can undermine an otherwise excellent network design. TelAir's certified installation engineers take every job as seriously as the engineers who designed the network.
We specialize in complex, occupied environments where operational continuity is paramount. Hotels cannot take rooms offline during a conference season. Hospitals cannot disrupt patient care. Universities cannot impact ongoing examinations. Our project managers and site engineers work meticulously within your operational windows, staging equipment in advance and executing with surgical precision within agreed maintenance periods.
Every installation project concludes with documentation handover: as-built floor plan overlays with exact AP locations, photographs of all installations, full cable labeling records, and a verified configuration audit log, so your IT team has a complete, accurate record of your network infrastructure from day one.
What We Deploy
Hardware-agnostic installation expertise across all major enterprise vendors.
Wireless Access Points
Ceiling, wall, and outdoor access point deployment for all major vendors including Cambium, Edgecore, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, and Aruba. Correct co-channel placement per survey design, with precise tilt and azimuth configuration.
Network Switches & Core
PoE and PoE+ switch installation and VLAN configuration, core and distribution layer switching, patch panel termination, and structured cabling from access layer to IDF/MDF rooms with complete labeling.
Structured Cabling
Cat6A and Cat7 runs, conduit installation, fibre optic backbone, trunking and cable management, and full certification testing with Fluke DSX cable analyzer to ensure every link meets the required performance specification.
Our Installation Process
Pre-Staging & Logistics
All hardware is received, firmware updated, and pre-configured in our staging facility before arriving on site. This minimises on-site installation time and ensures every device is ready to integrate immediately.
Site Coordination & Safety Briefing
Our project manager coordinates with your facilities team, confirming cable access routes, ceiling tile layouts, riser access, and any required scaffold or cherry picker permits for high-ceiling environments.
Physical Installation
Mounting brackets, back-boxes, and cable pathways are installed. Access points and switches are physically mounted with clean cable management, labelled with asset tags, and connected per the survey blueprint.
Configuration & Commissioning
Every device is onboarded to the management controller or cloud platform, SSIDs are pushed, VLANs applied, QoS policies activated, and roaming parameters tuned. The network is live-tested with real devices across all planned zones.
Documentation Handover
Full as-built documentation package is provided including photos, updated floor plans, cable test certificates, device inventory, and controller login credentials, along with a live knowledge-transfer session for your IT team.
